Our Revenue Share Program is designed to reward agents who continue to grow their own business while helping others succeed.
To remain eligible for Revenue Share, a Growth Partner must maintain Active Producer Status by reaching their annual commission cap.
Reaching your cap demonstrates consistent production, continued market engagement, and leadership by example. If an agent does not reach their cap during the applicable production period, Revenue Share is paused until Active Producer Status is regained.
